impossible to change language on v1.4.1-RC3

hello,
i've juste install the new release ant the lang FR pack

but i cant't change the default language.
the configuration wizard doesn't propose me to change the language and when i change it manually on the config.php, it doesnt works

thanks for your help and good job guys, it's really cool stuff

Hi,

after uploading the language pack.
Did you reconfigure your gallery ?
If yes, did the wizard found the new language ?
