Ubuntu 14.04 & GD

I've just upgraded my server to latest Ubuntu 14.04.
Now, uploading new photo, thumbnails are not created.

I've found thison Site Admin -> GD Setting:

GD library version
GD version Required Pass/fail
2.1.1 (bundled) 2.0
Failed
This GD version is too old and is not supported by this module! Please upgrade your PHP installation to include the latest GD version.

Is this correct?
