Write a URL in the Album Description? How can i allow <a Tag?

Hello again,
for the first time i have my last Question. In my Album Description I will write an URL to Infos of the photos. But if I write <a href="http://example.org" target="_bank">http://example.org/</a> i can only read the html <a-Tag and not a link.

My english isn't good, cause i can't find an answer in the codex.

So i hope you can help me again!
