Hey guys,

One of my FreeBSD boxes died and I am trying to restore the website on another one I have but have run into a problem that I have never had in the past when installing Gallery. I apologize if this has been posted before but I didn't seem to pull anything up when searching.

"PHP is missing the XML Parser extension" is the error, php and apache are installed exactly the same way on both boxes yet I can't get past this... I have made sure that everything is installed from what I have searched.. I am hoping that one of you may be able to point me in the right direction here and or make me see what I'm missing. Sometimes you look at something too long you lose focus ;)

Thanks!

http://us3.php.net/manual/en/function.extension-loaded.php
Check to see if the xml extension is loaded by viewing your phpinfo() file.

Ok, I assume we're talking about "libxml" or is it "Expat"? This is getting a little tiring and I'm ready to give up on Gallery.. There is no "XML Parser" option when doing a ./configure.

Thanks
