Albums currently have three row, three photos per row, nine photos total per page. How to create more rows and show at least 30 photos per page? |

Admin - Appearance - Theme Options menu.
But it might depend on whether the theme you use supports it. The default Gallery Wing theme does.

The default theme is fixed width as well. so depending on the size of the thumbs you will get different numbers of columns as they float.
