Trying to Port Fedora-->CentOS getting "Error"

Hey Team ...

Trying to port my long running (too long, I know. I need to upgrade) from an old Fedora version to CentOS 6.5. I ported the database over just fine, ported the source code over to the new root directory, maintained the directory structure, kept the photo library in the same location (on the new system) and when I try to bring up the site I simply get "Error" on the web UI. The log shows me an http error 500. Any ideas?
