Configuring a New Theme

Hello Everyone.

I run Gallery2 on Our Bluegrass Site and
I have installed Gallery3 on my friends site
because I have found it easier for the not so PC
savvy to upload and maintain a gallery rather tham have me
do it all the time.

I have been diligently trying to configure G3 for her and
the color co-ordinations she asked for..I'm close but am
in quite a corner.

Working on "Gallery Wind",I'm having a hard time trying to find
where the colors and icons are held for the Admin of the Photo page.
The ones that go with /PhotoGallery/themes/wind/js/ui.init.js...
I've been able to get the color combo pretty close with..
,,,wind/screen.css..as well as wind_admin/screen.css..and even
managed to find some changes to /lib/superfish/css/superfish.css

But..I cannot find where the icons are,,or the colors to change
in that pop-up menu with ie "ui-icon-folder-open" etc..

ANY HELP would be appreciated..as I'm already bald and I have no more
hair to pull out..!

The icons are not icons but sprites:
gallery3/themes/wind/css/themeroller/images/ui-icons_469bdd_256x240.png
and for hover
gallery3/themes/wind/css/themeroller/images/ui-icons_6da8d5_256x240.png
