[Solved] What permissions does SQL database user need

When I created the SQL database for G3, I created a user account just for that db. I'd like to give that account the minimum permissions required for G3 to work properly. Does anyone know what they are?

The user must have SELECT , INSERT , UPDATE , DELETE , CREATE , DROP , and ALTER permissions
I'm not sure if we test for those durring install or not.
