[SOLVED] Album showing on dashboard, but not on website/frontend

I have the weirdest problem, in my opinion at least. ;-) One of my clients has been using G2 for many years and can make new albums, add photos and such and everything seems fine. The albums and their contents show up on the dashboard/backend. No errors. But the albums (and contents) don't show up on the frontend/website?! There's no red X, no error message, nothing. The older albums are still there (frontend and backend) but the new ones are not visible on the website, only in the backend. Any help would be appreciated. Upgrading to G3 is not an option. Thanks! |

Not quite sure what you mean by dashboard, backend or frontend.
These are not standard G2 terms.
Do you mean he sees them when logged in as admin but when logged out he doesn't?

I think I read the term 'dashboard' somewhere on the forum... ;-)
And yes, he sees the new album on backend and frontend when logged in and when not logged in he doesn't see them on the frontend side.
Update: Weirdly enough, now it seems to work... I have no idea how this happened. I tested it myself, added a new album, added some pictures, nothing. Album only visible when logged in as admin/user. Not logged in? No album on frontend. But now, it works. Don't know how he did it, but it works now. For now ;-)
