Gallery 3 - how to add movie, without ffmpeg ?

Hi,

I have installed gallery 3 on my web site (latest version)

I would like to add video, without ffmpeg.
is it possible ?
if it spossible, (like piwigo does) to manually define a picture, for the thumbnail of the video ?

if I can add video without ffmpeg, I am limited to mp4 and flv files ?

any infos would help me.

I need this modüle too. Can we use our little clip on Gallery ? Like instagram / vine ? It can be limited mini clips too.
