Hi there
After installation of the module basket, everything works fine, except the E-Mail transfer to the buyer and me the admin. All necessary settings to be made under Advanced Settings I have done.
What shall do?
Thank you for your advice.

It could be permission problem on a folder or file, before installing this module you read the instructions on how to install it should bring some instructions on how to install it, if you read it and you followed to the letter then the problem would most likely be the settings of your server, you should contact your your host and to put to this problem and they indicate you how to solve this problem, something to consider and that may be the problem is that if this module you downloaded on the official website of the author of the module or downloaded from some other external ad I'm asking because a few months ago the same thing happened to me download a joomla module in a third page and I had turned malignant code and caused the page does not work well

Hi Robert and those who can help

Thanks for your answer, but I´m still a little confused:
- I downloaded the backset module from the Gallery site without taking care of any permission.
- Can you tell me where to find the instructions you mentioned
- When I contact my host I have exactly to tell what to do. Can you give me a hint?

Hi,

Two remarks:
1. If the error reporting level is default (none), the Basket module doesn't give an error if the email couldn't be sent.
Try adding the following to file local.php (in Gallery root folder):

  error_reporting(E_ALL);

Next, retry completing an order and check the error log in folder /var/logs. If it's an server problem, it should be visible in the log.

2. I posted an extended version of the Basket module: Basket Plus. It contains functions to send order updates, that makes testing your email easier.
