[SOLVED] Unable to view photos

Hi, I have installed Gallery 3, several times now & when I upload a photograph it doesn't display.

I have looked at the path to the database & can't see anything wrong !

Check the permissions on your 'var' directory within gallery. Looks like the permissions aren't set correctly for the web server user.

Thanks jnash, the permissions on the var directory are set to 777, looking at photos in var directory on web hosting site, I can see the photos, but they still will not display in gallery.

Sorted it !
I had to change the permissions on not only 'var' file, but also to 'thumbs' and 'album'
