How to use Galley 3

	I've used gallery 1.X for years, just installed Gallery 3 and I'm lost. I need my users to be able to login and create their own albums, with no interaction from an admin. IE. they get get the login and they can create their own albums and sub-albums. so far this is not readily apparent. I am searching and googling for the answers, but I am thinking this should not be this painful. am I missing something, or has the new version of Gallery become that complicated?
