Server switch causes Gallery2 to malfunction

I did an rsync of two servers for an upgrade I had to perform and Gallery2 freaked out. Previously, I had W3C Caching with a Wordpress bridge, and I had to clear those files.

Here is my main gallery page with a buffered error:

I tried doing the /lib/ cache clearing but that resulted in an error as well, is there a way to safely manually delete cached files?
