W3C Not Valid Yet

Hi,

I always get a W3C "Not Valid Yet" logo at the bottom of my pages (see, for example, here: http://www.nangreaves.ca/gallery/view_photo.php?set_albumName=California&id=023_G). What does this mean? Why is it there? How can I get rid of it?
