putting Gallery in iframe with 2 different servers

i'm trying to put Gallery in an iframe hosted on two different servers. however, ie6 does not accept the cookie from Gallery because its a 3rd party cookie without a compact privacy policy.

Does anyone know where the http headers are sent from gallery so i can include a line that defines the CP properties?

by http headers i mean these settings sent to the user:
