How to create an Album with photos from Search Result?

In a new Album I want to display 'results of a search' of photo's already uploaded into other albums, instead of Adding Photo's into it. Can this be done?

In my F-106 Delta Dart gallery http://www.f-106deltadart.com/photo_gallery/index.php/ I have the photos of the aircraft uploaded into the UNIT they were assigned. I also want to create Albums for each Aircraft Tail Number and have them show up there regardless of the UNIT they were assigned.

Possible?

Sounds like tags would be the way to go.

I'll have to read up on Tags, as I have not used them or really know how yet.

Tags are very useful. Combine them with a "dynamic album" module and that might be what you are looking for. Not sure if dynamic albums are still possible in Gallery 3 though.
