how to add image in the home page of Zee auctions

	i want to place an image of size 940*350 above the footer section in the index page. I am working in Zee auctions and not able to do it. So will any one help me out with this problem? the link to my site is:http://nettplaza.com/index.php. I want the image below the payment options image. Thank you.

	No idea what the Zee auctions thing is about and not sure if the page you linked is part of Gallery or an external page.
