Upload from Windows 8 doesn't work

Hello all,

I've problems with the picture upload from Windows 8 with all browsers (IE, Forefox and Chrome tested).
Upload from Windows XP or Windows 7 browsers works fine. I've also tested it in a new installed Windows 8 VM, but there is the same problem?

I can select pictures but the upload dosen't start and I can't see any error messages.

Any ideas?
