How to increase upload file size limit

I'm working with Gallery 3 on a commercial webhost. The upload limit for files is set at the default of 20MB. I assume this is a Gallery limit, not one imposed by the host. I want to upload video files of 50-70MB. Can someone let me know in what code statement and in what Gallery directory/file I can increase my limit?

For larger files I suggest using the server add method. 'posting' 50-70MB files might not work reliably on any host.

Just activated the "server add method" and it added a folder called videos to my home page. How can I upload videos using server add to a folder I select?

Go into the album you want the items to show and use the server add method from there. It is available in all albums including the root album.
