Gallery 3 Integration Guide

Is there an integration guide for Gallery 3? I found one for Gallery 2, but not for Gallery 3.

No guide, per se.
It really depends on what you mean by "integration."

I need the ability to do the following in my CMS:

-Create Albums
-Get all photos in an album (including thumbnails)

I have examples on how it's done with Gallery 2; was just looking to see if there was any documentation on Gallery 3. It looks like Gallery2 uses embed.php ...

There is no embed API for G3. The user has to be in G3 already.
Perhaps http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:openid your CMS uses open id?

Hmmm. So should I maybe just stick with Gallery 2 then?!
