How to embed thumbnails or albums to other sites?

Is there away to embed gallery 3 thumbnails/album to other site/blog?

Right now all i do is take a screenshot and upload it to my other site and link it to the gallery.. not sure if i explain it correctly.. eg: this what i do.. example post url

i wonder if there's better way.. cos this is kinda time consuming. thanks
