Problem with tags and different albums

Hi everybody,
I have a strange problem with tags:

When I tag photos, which are organized in more than one album, and click on the link to the tag, I see the thumbs of the tagged photos. So far so good, but the problem is:
When I now click on one of the thumbs, I get the page of the photo, but the photo itself is missing. Everything else is there (navigation, sidebar and so on), but no photo. When I open the URL in another browser, everything is fine.

This problem disappears, when I remove the tag from all of the photos, except the photos in one single album.

I am using Gallery 3.0.6, PHP 5.3.18-nmm1, MySQL 5.1.66-nmm3-log. Server is running a 2.6.32-48-server Kernel.

I also tried to upgrade to 3.0.9, but had no success. But thats another problem
