[SOLVED] Can I delete cache files?

	Hey all, I've got a quick question about a new install of Gallery v3. I'm upgrading from an old install that has a considerable amount of content in it. The server it's stored on (hostgator) has a total file number limit. Since I need to install a new version of gallery 3, then migrate old content over. I'll effectively have double the amount of files for a short time. There's a bunch of files stored in gallery/cache/derivative Is it okay to delete these files in advance of the migration?
