This is not even like a "500 Internal Server Error" or anything of the like. The page just says "Error". I have never seen it do this in the 5 years of running this gallery and nothing has been changed. It was working just 8 or so hours ago. http://www.accphotography.com/gallery/ It is running a version of Gallery 2 but I don't recall which version and can't get in there to look it up! I've looked at the error logs in my sites cPanel but don't see anything out of the ordinary there. I haven't figured out how to find error logs for Gallery yet (still searching). I've seen this site/gallery put out a lot of errors, but this is a new one on me. Sorry for the lack of information. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions? Thank you. |

Just to add, in case this happens to someone reading this. It just came up for me for one page load but as soon as I clicked another page the whole thing went 'down' again. So if it appears to be working when you look, click an album or something.
I just really want to know what this plain, blank Error page is and what program is putting it out.

Ok, I got in long enough to get to the error log in the site admin and the last 5 errors were this morning and all say "ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE", but if that's the case why am I not getting that error when I try to access the gallery instead of the plain error page?
I also managed to nab this before it went down again this time:

Ah ok. It's possible the server's database handling was down or something. It appears to be working smoothly now. Glad to have some idea what was going on in case it happens again. Thanks!
