[SOLVED] Upgrading 3.06 to 3.07

I have searched the forums but cannot find an answer.

I had version 3.06 running OK but wanted to have the latest version

I have uploaded 3.07 as per the installation instructions. I ran the upgrader and everything appeared to work OK. I looked at the dashboard and it tells me that I am running version 3.06 and that another version - 3.07 is available.

Any help appreciated.
