Problem after upgrade to 3.0.6/7

Hi,

Just upgraded from 3.0.4 to 3.0.6 and now having problem uploading images. The uploading process runs as expected and says it's completed, but when I click 'done' the picture isn't there, just the broken image graphic.

The image's url is correct with the file name present so I can't figure out what's happening. :/

Have since upgraded again to 3.0.7 to see if the newer version would work but without success, same problem.

I am a virtual newbie at all this so any help would be very much appreciated!
