Thumbnails not being used in new album

I just created an album after many many months, and unfortunately, inside it no thumbnails are being shown http://www.csillamvilag.com/kepek/index.php/pavan-ahluwalia

I know that the thumbnails are being GENERATED because when I assign a photo to be used as album cover, the album cover thumbnail is shown just fine http://www.csillamvilag.com/kepek/

Additionally, watermark is not being applied to the resizes now!

Nevertheless, I tried to rebuild the items by marking them dirty. When I go to Maintenance and hit Rebuild "out of date" photos, a status bar starts, takes its own sweet time to finish, but the count of images processed remains ZERO.

P.S. I have also noticed that for the new album, when I try to browse the album, the horizontal alignment of photos is out of whack. I know, probably a theme (GreyDragon) issue....what I don't understand is why it affects only one album.

Have you moved your albums (originals)?
http://www.csillamvilag.com/kepek/var/albums/ does not exist.
http://www.csillamvilag.com/kepek/var/resizes/ does.
http://www.csillamvilag.com/kepek/var/thumbs/ does.

Does kepek/var/albums/ exist on the file system? If not why not?
