Can gallery do all this?

0. Allow users to register
1. Allow registered users to upload a photo
2. Users must agree that photo will be on public site
3. retain basic exif data
4. give users a permalink to their photo
5. Allow me to moderate photo before publishing
6. Once approved, display in a gallery
7. Allow people (registered/unregistered) to vote or like via facebook
8. Track the results

4 not that have seen but if you don't move and rename stuff then I guess it is permanent.
5. Sort of I guess. Takes a bit of manual intervention.

8. Depends.

We understand that G3 is not for everybody and some will like G2 instead.
