video module configuration

Hi everybody,
Well I am new to the world of gallery3. Have just installed gallery3 and a video module thereafter. the thing is to configure the module I am asked to add a path (have attatched a capture with this message). Well I am unable to find out what path should I put in. have tried different posibities but without succes. Would anybody pleae help me out. thanks in advanc.

Ask your host if they have FFMPEG installed and where. If that does not help you will have to install ffmpeg yourself or live without it. All it does is generate the thumb and get the size of the movie.

If your host will not help, perhaps a new host would be a better option?
Anyway http://galleryproject.org/node/94762?page=2#comment-385656 has prebuild that you would place in the gallery3/bin directory and G3will detect it.
