Module: Gallery2 Import & Watermarking

Hi,

I am looking to import the 14000 images in my gallery2 into gallery3 - they're all watermarked with manual placement - can I have this watermark placement maintained during the import? Understandably I don't want to have to go through and rewatermark all 14000 images.

If the watermark is part of the photo, no problem at all. If it's an 'overlay' then potentially you have to redo them. I believe there is a watermark module for G3 as well that should suffice if you need to redo them.

It's an overlay using the gallery 2 watermark module. 5 years of work has gone into getting the 14000 images up into the gallery and now for some unknown reason it has broken (and seems to be unfixable) so I'm trying to find a way of upgrading successfully, but re watermarking that many images just isn't a viable option

May want to check with the G2 watermark module author to see if they can be transferred to G3 somehow. Unfortunately, I have no idea, sorry.
