(SOLVED) (Gallery 3.0.6) NO Thumbnail when sharing

When I try and share a video I only get a text link to it and NO thumbnail.
What do I have to do to get the thumbnail to show like when I share pictures?

I should have been clearer. My apologies.
We have our pictures and videos broken up into separate albums. Inside one of those albums we have a video we want to share (on lets say Facebook).
So we copy the URL and login to our FB account and paste it into the timeline.
The text link shows up but there is no thumbnail with it.
Now if we do the same for a picture it works perfectly (we get thumb and text link).
Question is why doesn't it do that with videos (although, it will if one links to the album itself) and how to make this happen.

Perhaps on of the facebook modules would help. I don't know why you would get a thumbnail from a url in facebook.
