Need a way to add the same url to multiple images at once.

I need a way to add the URL to multiple images at once. This can be in the comments, or in some other element, but basically need to have this happen in batches. Which modules / combinations of modules could make this work? I realize I could probably do this to the DB directly but I'd rather not.
