Getting Started Info

I am new to the forum here and need some basic information on how Gallery 3 works and what it can do so i can figure out how to best use it.

Is there any similar to a Getting Started Guide somewhere?

Welcome akanemd! There's a link in the top right of the Gallery forums for documentation. Everything you need to know is there, and if it isn't, it's probably in these forums. Enjoy, and feel free to ask if you can't find something, or just need further clarification.
