Emailproblem

Hi there, just start to use Gallery 3.0.4 (and also on 3.0.2). Before used Gallery2 without problems.

I installed the module basket and all time when I send finish an order process and the email is send all german characters are wrong. The gallery itself show them correct in UTF-8 and also the coding of the email is UTF-8 (database also). Only the special German characters like Ä, Ö, Ü, ß and also € is showed wrong in the email.

Any idea how to solve that problem?
