you can upload a custom thumb to gallery3/var/thumbs/path/to/album/movie_name.jpg

2 options:
1. install ffmpeg
2. replace the file on the file system manually.

For the first option, i guess i can't (host does'nt have ffmpeg according to 'which ffmpeg' command on shell - and i'm not sure i can install it by myself)
I have read somewhere here on the forum that we just have to put two files (ffmpeg and ffprobe) to the gallery/lib folder in order to get the ffmpeg working - so i did - but no luck!
Otherwise i will replace - or rather add a thumb file manually for each video in the thumb folder as suggested.
