Hi all,
I am getting an error
"
The album 'test' is not writable.
"
I searched all over the message board and saw people getting the same issue and I check the permissions all correct. One thing I noticed is that it show that error only for 2 of the albums (if I need to created a sub album) but works for the rest of the site. I also noticed that it adds an additional sub folder inside the folder I need to create for example
Online Ordering --> main album
2-Leagues --> this is the folder I need to create my "test" folder in
4-Portraits --> this one is not suppose to be there it is just another folder in the same directory in "Online ordering" I don't know how it gets there
test--> and this is the folder I just created and it gives an error that it is not writable.
Any input is very very appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the link. I checked all the permissions and all are correct. I tried to changed all the folders to 777 to see if it will make any difference and it does not.
I checked in the logs and the only thing it complained is that it cannot find file
gallery.common.css and does not say anything about the permissions or anything in that nature.
THANK YOU!!!!

try running the upgrade wizard to step2 system checks and see if it complains about anything.
