applying themes...help needed

Hi, I am new to this and am trying to apply a theme to my gallery on my new website. I have downloaded a theme and unzipped it but still don't know how to apply it to my gallery? Every time I log into it it says no themes |

Thanks for the link, I have had a read but I'm struggling to locate the themes folder or even the installation folder? |

your theme directory is /home/jordagra/public_html/gallery/themes -s |
