Can any body tell me how I remove the Add Album, Delete Album etc in the side bar for Users, I only want my users to be able to view/purchase images.

Don't give the user permissions to add items.
There is also the http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Modules:remove_actions if permissions don't work for you.
