Rest API

	I downloaded my app from iTunes and I am unable to activate the rest API through admin>modules . I do not have any link that gives me the option to go to aministration? I think I'm only in the visitor site or something because when I check what the gallery pages should look like mine does not is more generic without all that info. Please tell me if there's a different site for members or how to fix it. Thanks
