Thumbs Visible title length

For my Gallery I use a customized canvas theme.
For the regular album view, the description of the Thumbs is reduced to 15 chars (http://www.xeta.at/Namibia) also for the search I managed to reduce the description to this title length (http://www.xeta.at/search?q=voegel).

I would also like to reduce the visible title length of the tags view http://www.xeta.at/tag/414/Florida and of the dynamic view http://www.xeta.at/dynamic/updates

I have already looked in the code of these modules but I was not able to change it, can somebody point me in the right direction?

I think that those albums use separate views files supplied by the theme.
Look for the dynamic.html.php file in your theme's views folder.
