Looking For Mod

Hello,

Looking for a mod that will shift through pages of an album like if i want to go to page 6..

Right now all i have is next and last button and would like to view pages in-between by going to a number..

What theme are you using? I thought that all themes on the download page show the page numbers in between; if there are a lot of pages, it may only show a few at a time, but they should still show--unless the theme has specifically changed that behavior.

If you mean you want to enter (type in) a specific page number, I don't think anyone has coded that.

Ok. I see. I'd customized Gallery's pagination a long time ago and came to think it was standard.

Clicking a specific number isn't a big issue; I thought you may have wanted to type in the number.

I can help with the code, but it may take me a few days before I have time. (My code has a lot of extra things going on and I would have to first filter out the extra.)

EDIT: Looking around, I think the GreyDragon theme has this built-in in a way that may work for you. Back up everything you have, download the graydragon theme, and move the graydragon > views > paginator.html.php file to your theme's views folder. See if that works. I haven't looked at it in depth, so there may be some other dependencies there. If it doesn't work, just delete that file and replace the original. Report back.

I Would like to wait for you to fix that code,Really appreciate it..I'm in no hurry so whenever you get around to it...I Will try the grey dragon theme idea and see if i can do it...i'm an idiot when it comes to html.

I'm probably not going to do any coding for this. The issue has already been addressed by @floridave.
Check the link he provided, download the file, and follow the instructions.
Report back to let us know if it works or if you runs into issues.

I Installed the dragon theme..any way to make the page show 4 albums across instead of 3?

We weren't saying that you had to install the new theme. Did you look at the link? You just need to swap that one file with the one in the theme you're already using.

If you just want to use the new theme: I think GD has an admin option for the number of columns, but I'm not sure. There's a dedicated GD thread: http://gallery.menalto.com/forum_theme_greydragon
