Hi,

On Gallery setup: Step 4, I always get this error message in red:

"Error: Directory /var/httpd/htdocs/albums does not exist. Please create it."

I've tried creating this directory (I assume that's what it's asking?) but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Thanks :)

Well, your Gallery seems to be located in /home/www/hosts/www.howard81.co.uk/gallery/

So you can try to use /home/www/hosts/www.howard81.co.uk/albums/ as your album directory.

thanks! that's worked!

another question though. Now the gallery is complete, how do I sucessfully run the "secure.bat" program to make my gallery secure? I'm doing all my FTP'ing to my server through WS_FTP. I've run the file, but it doesn't seem to work.

thanks for the help :)

You don't run that script, you chmod 3 files using your client. Read the documentation --> http://gallery.sf.net/docs.php
