To many files in Cache folder

	Hello, I use Gallery2, with Carbon theme. I've just received an email from my Server informing that the Cache folder has too many files, and if possible to delete some. I've checked the Maintenance options in Site Admin, and I've got two posibilities here: "Delete database cache" and "Delete template cache". Can somebody confirm me if it is ok to select both options? or is it enough with only one of them? I deleted the database cache last year (when I modified some of the main folder images) but not anymore. Is it a good idea to clear the cache every x time? Thanks.
