I have been a very happy Gallery user for over 5 years. I have it running in my basement hosting all of my family snapshots.

Now I have a more critical use for it and am not sure how to configure it to accomplish what I need to do.

My wife and I volunteer our time shooting charity events, and we want to offer on-site printing. Currently we have the people come see us, and we and bring up all the pictures on our Laptop using just the Windows viewer and have them look over our shoulders and tell us which ones they want printed. This is not very effective, too many people have to wait around and they eventually end up leaving.

What I want to try to do is:
1. Have a Gallery server running and set up a simple network of PCs running just a browser
2. Allow the guests to sit down at those PCs and select their images that they want printed out on-site
3. Have that "selection" somehow communicated back to me over that simple network so I know what image to print, as well as size and quantity.

I am sure that I can set up Gallery and the network and the workstations, but I don't know how to set it up to allow the guests to do the selection and "ordering" and especially getting that "communicated" back to me so that I can print them out on-site.

Thanks for all your help with this question.
