Hi Everybody,
i tried now serveral times to migrate my albums from Gallery1 to Gallery2. I read the FAQ and i made it now several times but the migrationtool only finds about 420 pictures. The Gallery1 has about 3000 pictures. So here is what i have done:
I Installed Gallery2 on the same server in a different directory (gallery2)
i checked the configuration and activated the needed plugins for the migration
I checked the database and orphans in Gallery1 to be sure, that there are no missing data.
I started the migrationtool in gallery2 and here is the first strange thing:
There are no users in gallery1 but all albums are available to import
I choosed all albums and started the import. The Migrationprogress moves on and a second time it starts with the thumbnails also everything ok. Here i can see that the migrationtool only imports 420 pictures and also makes 420 thumbnails. After the import there is the continue button under the progress bar. So everyting is fine. The Migration tool then says, that no users were imported and some albums.
I tried several times the import. I deleted all albums in gallery2 and started the import only with a few albums to be sure that there is no reaching of the memory limit. But also this only ends up in maximum 420 pictures when i have done this with all available albums.
Well what i wonder about is the thing that there are no users in gallery1 but there had to be 3 including the admin of gallery1.
Any idea why the import does not recognize all albums?
