Adding page number in album title

I am using the Wind theme, and I was wondering how can I add the album page number in the <title> tag of the albums that are more than one page. (e.g. Album Name - Page 2) or just the number without the word "Page".

I saw it being done in G2. but there is no theme.tpl file in G3.
