Error when creating an album

Hi all - I have problem that I cant track down. I've recently setup Gallery3 and I can login as Admin - but if I try to create an album I get a DANG error.
(ORM_Validation_Exception [ Database Error ]: ORM Validation has failed for items model )

Any ideas how to track this down??
