Both downloadtoarchive and downloalbum not working

Hi,

I installed these 2 modules to my Gallery3 as instructed, activated them, and the buttons appeared as they should. However, when I go to use these features I am directed to a file not found page.

Any suggestions?

Here's the error:

File not found

Firefox can't find the file at [mydomain]/gallery/index.php/downloadarchive/send/118.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.
