So, I'm just now making the switch over to G3. One of the things I do, with frequency, is link back to photos in various forums. The thing is, these forums Require that an image end with .jpeg/.jpg, not some random string of numbers. I've seen, and installed, G3's embedlinks, but it leaves me with: http://darladog.com/Darladog/gallery/var/albums/2003/BrianandMandy.jpg?m=1347675804 That "?m=1347675804" ending really screws me up. While I know it can be removed (at least for the full-sized photo, only have a small folder uploaded and nothing that even meets my resize standard), it's a hassle. Not even a minor one. As a non-programmer, is there an easy fix for this that will prevent me from doing that extra step each and every time I want to display an image? Or is it just another reason (I have a pile of them) why G3 may not be the right solution for me. Thanks, it's always frustrating when you have to move things, or upgrade to totally different structures. I don't want to sound ungrateful or anything, just frustrated that what was easy is now seemingly overly complex. Brian |
